Optional Excursions

• Sofia: All-day excursion to Sofia. Check out early in the morning. Arrival panoramic and also pedestrian tour to get to know the city and its interesting monuments such as the Nefsky church and the open-air market with old objects and antiques, the Russian church, the old palace and today's gallery, the Russian soldier monument, the old University, Bridge of Eagles and more. For shopping, Sofia offers amazing opportunities if one considers the 5 mall. Late afternoon we will return to Bansko. Price per person: 25 €. Includes: Transport, guide, tour.

• Blagoevgrad: Daily excursion to Blagoevgrad, the capital of the Southwest Bulgaria with its great market, its pedestrianized center, the old town, and its beautiful cafes next to the river Bistrita. Price per person: 20 €. Includes: Transfer, guide.

• Banya Thermal Springs: Visit the natural thermal springs of the greater Bansko area, where you will have the chance to relax and enjoy the properties of the spring water in a magical environment. Price per person: 20 €. Includes: Transfer, use of Spa.

Notes

• Prices are per person in a double room or studio or apartment.
• Children up to 4 years old are free with a transport charge of 90 € with return.
• Children 5 – 12 years old (1 or 2 depending on capacity) in a room with 2 adults in an additional bed: Discount 25% at Friends, Riverside, Casa Karina, St. George Ski, Four Points hotels / Discount 30% at MPM Guinness, Regnum, Premier
• Discount 3^rd person 12 – 18 years old in additional bed 10%.
• Single bed surcharge 50% on the package price.
• The triple room is a double with an additional folding bed or a sofa that opens and becomes a bed.
• The transfers from / to the lift carried out by the hotels are offered at specific times which are available at the reception of the hotels. Friends & Casa Karina hotels due to their proximity do not offer transfers to the lift.
• The international hotel regulation states that you can collect your room after 14:00 to 15:00 (check in) and hand it over no later than 12:00 (check out).
• The half board (dinner) prices listed in the price lists are valid only with a reservation at our office. The price may vary at the hotel reception.
• Adults and children must travel with a new type of identity card in Latin characters or a new type of passport. Under no circumstances is the organizer or partner agency responsible for failure to present travel documents during border control. Holders of non-Greek documents are responsible for crossing the border. Service IDs are not a travel document (military, port, firemen).
• Children under the age of 18 traveling with one parent need the other parent's notarized consent. Children under the age of 18 traveling without their parents need certified consent from both parents.
• Pre-reservations for specific seats on the coach are not accepted except in cases related to health reasons. The seats are not numbered and the distances between the seats are the basic ones for the vehicle class.
• All passengers must be at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes prior to departure time, and are responsible for boarding at intermediate stations on time.
• Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase and ski or snowboard equipment. The company reserves the right, depending on availability, to refuse the transport of a 2nd suitcase per person. The company is not responsible for loss of luggage or items on the coach.
• Based on the law governing coach transport, it is mandatory to stop for 25 – 45 minutes for every 4 hours of travel. Rest stops made during the route are determined based on this law and are affected by uncontrollable factors such as traffic and weather conditions.
• Mountain activities ie Skiing, Snowboarding, Sledding, Touring are not covered by accident insurance from the office, which bears no responsibility in case of injury during these activities. Insurance is provided only by the private initiative of each traveler or by purchasing the ski lift card (the one that includes insurance).
• Participation in the trip requires reading - understanding and acceptance of the above as well as the general conditions of participation.
