1st Day

Departure from Greece – Hanoi

Departure from Greece and flight (via a stopover), with final destination Hanoi in Vietnam.

2nd Day

Arrival in Hanoi: Tour

Arrival at Hanoi airport. Reception, transfer and accommodation in a central hotel of the city. Also known as the «Paris of the East», the country's capital is one of the most exciting cities in SA. Asia. The rest of the day is free to enjoy the hotel's excellent spa services or relax in the panoramic rooftop pool. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

3rd Day

Anoi: Free tour in the city – Optional: Guided tour of Anoi

Breakfast at the hotel. The whole day is free to explore and enjoy the beauties of the capital. Hanoi is a charming city that combines various architectures, green parks and lakes. Browse through its picturesque alleys and live the authentic experience of the daily life of the residents. In case you prefer something more organized, we recommend the following optional guided tour. Excursion proposal (includes meal and sunset cocktails): We depart at 09:00 from the hotel lobby. We have planned for you a nice day, filled with the most interesting sights, as well as visits to lesser-known districts of the city. In the morning we will visit the bustling old quarter and the Temple of Literature, a real gem of architecture and a huge piece of cultural heritage, which was the first University of Vietnam. In the afternoon we will walk to the Ho Chi Minh complex to pass in front of the impressive Mausoleum and take a nice stroll through the lush gardens of the Presidential Palace which includes the famous One Pillar Buddhist Pagoda and the former wooden residence of the nation's founder. We also recommend an atmospheric electric car ride around the impressive lake on the shores of the city. We will end up on one of the most beautiful terraces in the city for our cocktail, with a panoramic view of the historic district and the two main lakes. Return to the hotel, with the evening free. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

4th Day

Hanoi – Ha Long: Two day Cruise

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from the hotel to the province of Ha Long bay, which etymologically means «the fallen dragon» and according to mythology the small islands around it were created by the flapping of its tail! Transfer to the jetty and board a traditional sailing boat, which will set sail in the emerald waters of the bay with a view of the huge limestone outcrops. Cruise in the legendary landscape of the area, with meal on board. In the afternoon we reach a lesser known area to explore the Tien Ong cave, an archaeological site covering an area of 1,000 sq.m. with amazing stalactites and stalagmites. We end the day on deck while the sun sets. You can enjoy an aperitif or watch a cooking demonstration before dinner on board. Overnight stay in a sailboat cabin while cruising Ha Long bay.

5th Day

Ha Long – Hanoi

For those who wake up early, a Tai Chi session is recommended, while coffee and tea are served early, to admire the sunrise in the spectacular setting. Shortly after 07:00 we board boats to explore one of the last remaining floating villages. Return to the sailing boat and disembark around 09:00, returning to Hanoi around 15:30. The rest of your day is free for one last tour or shopping in the city. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

6th Day

Hanoi – Phu Quoc Island

Breakfast at the hotel. Free time until our transfer to Hanoi airport, where you will board an internal flight to Phu Quoc island, with its golden sands and tropical beaches. Reception at the airport upon arrival on the island, transfer and accommodation at a luxury seaside resort. Your four-day stay in exotic paradise has just begun! Overnight stay on Phu Quoc island.

7th – 9th Day

Phu Quoc Island: Vacation

Breakfast daily at the hotel. Three full days of relaxation on the beautiful beaches of the island or in the swimming pool of your hotel. You can explore the island by diving or visit one of the famous pepper farms. 3 overnight stays on Phu Quoc Island.

10th Day

Phu Quoc Island – Ho Chi Minh

Breakfast at the hotel. Free time until our transfer to Phu Quoc airport for our scheduled domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh (formerly Saigon as it is known worldwide). Arrival with the necessary reception at the airport, transfer and accommodation in a selected central hotel of the city. The rest of the day is free and we recommend a stroll through the historic, French colonial center of the city. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh.

11th Day

Ho Chi Minh: Free tour – Optional: Excursion to Cu Chi tunnels

Breakfast at the hotel. Explore freely in Ho Chi Minh, the country's largest city, considered the «heart and soul of Vietnam». It is an active, dynamic and industrial center, while at the same time it is the economic capital as well as the cultural axis of the country. However, everywhere there is the beauty of the historical culture, while the ancient traditions remain timeless. In case you wish, we recommend the following optional guided tour. Excursion proposal (includes meal): Morning excursion to the famous Cu Chi tunnels. It is an underground network that served the Viet Cong during the War. Along with being used as accommodation and a hospital, the tunnels were used as food storage facilities as well as weapons caches. Before the tour, an introductory video is shown with relevant information about their creation. Also depicted are the ruins of an old American tank, various man traps, but also countless craters from B52 bombers. Walking through the tunnels, we will learn details about how the Viet Cong survived underground during the Vietnam War. Return to Ho Chi Minh for meal at a selected restaurant in the city. Our afternoon begins with coffee experts who will introduce us to various types and aromas, as well as the traditional Vietnamese way it is served. Later, we will take a walk around the city center with its traditional buildings. We will end our guided tour by exploring a lesser-known market, called Tan Dinh, the oldest in the city, rebuilt by the French in 1920. Return to the hotel and free time. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh.

12th Day

Ho Chi Minh – Return Flight

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy your last day, until transfer to Saigon airport for your return flight (via stopover). Shopping suggestion at Ben Thanh bazaar, which has a wide variety of commercial and consumable items.

13th Day

Return Flight – Arrival in Greece

Arrival in Greece.
