1st Day

Departure from Greece – Bali

Departure from Greece and flight (via a stopover), with final destination in Bali.

2nd Day

Arrival in Bali

Arrival at Bali airport. A place intoxicating and intensely mystical, it is not described in words, only in the senses! Traditional architecture, colorful and fragrant exotic gardens, lush tropical vegetation with lush rice fields between giant hills and volcanoes lost in the clouds. Reception, transfer and installation at the hotel. Rest of the day free for optional activities or wanderings on the island!

3rd Day

Guided tour in Hinduist Temples: Taman Ayun & Tanah Lot

Breakfast at the hotel. The first contact with the mysterious Bali is recommended by visiting famous Hindu temples. Initially, with a tour of the Taman Ayun Royal Temple of the Mengwi Empire. A magnificent garden consisting mainly of persimmons welcomes visitors before they can admire the architecture of the temple and visit the nine multi-storey buildings. After a meal at a restaurant along the way, the all-day excursion continues with a tour of the legendary Tanah Lot Temple, the most famous and most photographed attraction in Bali. Isolated on top of a rock in the sea, but a short distance from the beach, this magnificent temple is a sacred work of nature. At low tide, the sea caves under the rock are accessible to locals and in particular to those… who are not afraid of sea snakes, which are said to be the guardians of the temple.

4th Day

Full day excursion Ubud – Kintamani Volcano – Besakih Temple

Breakfast at the hotel. Offer a full day excursion to the mountainous settlement of Ubud, with stops along the way to the most important sights of the island and lunch at a local restaurant. In the small town of the same name that emerges among the rice fields, also known as the "village of painters" is the artistic soul of the island, while the traveler meets the most authentic side of Bali. A walk in the sacred Monkey Forest where 3-herds of long-tailed macaques "guard" the Hindu Temple that is lost in the lush vegetation of the Alas Kedaton rainforest. Heading north of Ubud, we find the picturesque Kintamani area. It is essentially the crater of an active volcano on Mount Batur with the homonymous lake, which includes 4 tiny villages. Lake Batur and the nearby thermal lakes are a source of life for most of the island as their waters irrigate its valuable rice fields. Following is a meal with panoramic views of the caldera, the 2nd largest in the world after Santorini! The tour ends at the foot of Mount Agung, with a tour of Bali's largest and oldest Hindu temple, called Besakih, which means «Mother of all Temples».

5th Day

Uluwatu Temple & Traditional dance with dinner on the beach

Breakfast at the hotel. With today's proposal we remain in the southern part of Bali and in the afternoon a visit to the Uluwatu shrine is suggested. Anchored on the vertical rock and defying the currents of the ocean, this temple is dedicated to the spirits of the sea. With the setting of the sun and the background of the most idyllic sunset, you will watch the traditional ecstatic dance Kecak of the Hindu epic Ramayana, which tells the story of an eternal love between Rama and Shinta. At the end of the show, you will enjoy a rich dinner of seafood and other delicacies at a seaside restaurant in the Jimbaran area.

6th Day

Interactive excursions with active activities

Breakfast at the hotel. For the most active travelers, it is strongly recommended to participate in one of the following selected interactive activities:

Rafting on the river Agung, with the many years of knowledge and experience of the company Sobek.
Elephant ride following a scenic route between rice paddies and tropical vegetation on the banks of the Agung River.
Acquaintance with the inhabitants, the agricultural works and the daily life in the picturesque villages.

7th Day

Return from Bali

Breakfast at the hotel. Some free time for your last purchases, before transfer to the airport for the return flight (via stopover) or transfer to Singapore to extend your trip by 2 days, reception at the hotel with a free night for a first exploration.

8th Day

Bali – Arrival in Greece
